The 60698-117 DURALENS™ coated Meniscus Infrared Lens is made of ZnSe material and is Bystronic^® OEM compatible. It has a diameter of 2.0 in. (50.8 mm), edge thickness of 9.65 mm, and a focal length of 7.5 in. Zinc Selenide's low absorption coefficient makes it a perfect candidate for focusing applications using high power CO₂ lasers. They are designed for high durability and accuracy and manufactured by automated CNC technology to assure complete uniformity. In most laser cutting machines, meniscus lenses are used because they produce a smaller focus diameter.
