The OD8-DCL414-D Dichroic Beamsplitter is specified to reflect the excitation and transmit the emission of DAPI and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX380-59-B
. The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high excitation passband reflection ≥ 98% avg and emission passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for a 414 nm 50% Cut-on edge wavelength.
