Features
Adjustable Mounting with Hard Stop
Our Rectangular Optic Translation Mounts offer one- or two-axis translation of rectangular optics such as test targets and microscope slides. The optic is secured by two clamps that can smoothly travel along the guideway to fit any optic width. A set screw at each end of the guideway prevents the clamp from oversliding.
Precise and Repeatable Positioning
Translation of the mounts in each axis is enabled by a fine pitch lead screw that provides precision adjustment of the optic position. The actuator knob can be adjusted by hand or by a 5/64" (2 mm) hex key. A bi-directional vernier scale featuring 100 µm resolution allows for repeatable positioning of the optic.
Post Mounting in Any Orientation
Each RTF mount has both 8-32 and M4 threaded holes as well as counterbored through holes. The variety of holes provides maximized flexibility to post mount it in any orientation on an optical table or under a microscope.
